December, 2001
As of this quarter, the Regional Review will be changing its look,
content, and format. We are putting the newsletter on a quarterly
update, and will have the PRRC's review newsletter as part of this
quarterly report. We no longer have the Permian and San Juan Reports,
but we still plan on having reports of well activity, prices, and
rig activity. The format is still in development, but this month
you can view our new well activity report.
We will also be carrying the PRRC's
semiannual newsletter here as a way to provide more information to
our users about what is going on at the Petroleum Recovery Research
Center.
NEWS BRIEFS
DOE EIA to Provide Weekly Gas Storage Estimates
The Independent Statistical Agency will be working closely with the
American Gas Association (AGA) to provide weekly gas storage
estimates. This move, by the DOE, comes after the AGA announced
the discontinuation of its own weekly gas report. The AGA will
discontinue its weekly gas report at the end of this
year.
